From Football to Deliveries: The Story Behind Butterfly Enterprise Ltd
At Butterfly Enterprise Ltd, football isn’t just something we support — it’s part of who we are.
Behind many of our drivers, routes, and daily operations are people who have lived and breathed the game. From former players to grassroots talent, football has played a major role in shaping the team behind our business.
A Second Chance Beyond the Pitch
Professional football doesn’t always go to plan.
We’ve worked with players across the UK who were released from clubs and looking for their next step. At Butterfly Enterprise Ltd, we’ve been proud to offer opportunities — not just jobs, but a pathway forward.
Some of those players have even gone on to return to football after working with us, using their time here to reset, refocus, and rebuild.
Built by a Passion for the Game
Our Director, Charles, has a long-standing passion for football. That passion has shaped the culture of the company from day one.
It’s why you’ll find so many ex-footballers across our team — people who bring:
Discipline
Teamwork
Resilience
all qualities that translate perfectly into the courier industry.
More Than a Workplace — A Team
Football is still a big part of life at Butterfly Enterprise Ltd.
We’ve built our own internal team, with regular friendly matches between our different stations. These games aren’t just about competition — they bring people together, strengthen relationships, and keep that football spirit alive within the business.
On Friday 10th May, our team travelled down south to face supplier Wise in a competitive fixture held at Vicarage Road Stadium.
As the game came to a close, Butterfly Enterprise Ltd secured a dominant 12–1 victory — a well-deserved result that reflected the talent, teamwork, and competitive spirit within our squad.
Extending That Support to The Gambia
Our connection to football doesn’t stop in the UK.
We’re proud to support a football club in The Gambia, Samger FC, helping provide opportunities for young players to develop and grow. It’s a natural extension of what we already believe in — giving people a chance, whether that’s on the road or on the pitch.
Delivering More Than Parcels
At its core, Butterfly Enterprise Ltd is about movement — helping people get from one place to another.
For some of our team, that journey started in football. For others, it may lead back there one day.
Either way, we’re proud to be a company that supports ambition, second chances, and the communities we’re part of — both in the UK and beyond.
Butterfly Enterprise Ltd — driven by people, powered by passion.
